Fall colors envelope a tiny, serene temple in the city of Ao, located in Kyushu, Japan.
I came across this out-of-the-way temple while trying to find my hostel in Ao. I’d gone there to see the volcano while traveling for a few days in Kyushu awaiting my work permit to go through. The fall colors were what attracted me to the scene.
