During Golden Week, a period of 3 national holidays that run together during April in Japan, I wandered around Tokyo with my parents.  Since I was spending a year teaching English in Japan, they made the time to come explore.  That Sunday we attempted to find the flea market near Harajuku but were unsuccessful.  Plan B was to head to Meiji Shrine where we happened upon a cultural performance of traditional dance and music.
