As was pounded into us during our tour of the Mekong Delta, the people of Vietnam use rice for almost everything.  My father and I took a three-day tour of the region and during one of the stops they showed us how they make rice paper and rice wine.  Here you see her using the rice husks as a fuel for heating the rice milk to create the paper.
